CELEBRATING...The FIRST $100,000 As Hope's Heart stepped into its fourth year of outreach, we anxiously awaited a landmark celebration...the release of the FIRST $100,000 in grants. On March 18, 2008 we reached this goal, and the monies released to fund physical therapy and occupational therapy equipment took us over the $100,000 mark. We CELEBRATE this victory with joy.
In February 2005, the first grants provided a one-year basic life sponsorship and two care giver [nanny] sponsorships. The following month, March 2005, we funded our first medical procedure: a cleft lip surgery. Now, just three years later, we have reached the FIRST $100,000's in grant releases.
We say FIRST $100,000 because the needs of the orphans have not diminished. Thousands of kids are still in need of life-changing and sometimes life-saving assistance. You, the friends and supporters of the ministry, play the critically significant role of 'Serving Orphans with a Passion to Enrich Their Lives' through your support. Without your partnership, the outreach would seize to be. Whether your gift is $10, $100, or $1000, it is linked with others to bring hope and healing to as many children as possible.
